Today, I was uber busy. I finished painting the guest room… it’s a calming green. I really like it. I’m very proud of myself. I didn’t do a great job painting, but it is such an accomplishment for me. The ceiling and all the walls got two coats of paint. It was hard work, but worth the benefit!

So I put the room back together as soon as the paint was dry. That included making the rest of the bookcase that I got at IKEA two weekends ago. I’m happy because now it has enough weight to be across from the couch.
Now, I’ve added curtains over the closet doors. I think I like them. I know I like them better than the bi-fold doors. I have two more packs of curtains. I’m trying to decide if I’m going to use them on the windows as well. I have the mini blinds, but now that they are off the windows, I like the room a bunch better. With the sheers, lots of sun will come in the room, but people won’t be able to see in. That is good.
I also put all the cords in one of those cord keepers. I think it makes a huge difference. Don’t you?
