i have been trying to teach daisy to "speak", using food. so she will cry, if there is food around and she wants some. yes, i know this is very stupid. extreemely stupid. but now, some guy in japan has invented this device that will allow you to hear what your dog is thinking. can you imagine? this device translates dog barks into human language... now, i don't know if this will help me get into daisy's brain or not. she is just not a very verbal dog. but jazz, mar's dog is very verbal. i would love to hear what she has to say. i can just imagine. "why did you bring boner dog into my house", "can you make ashes go away and leave me alone?", "why can't i have all the french fries?"... so, someone, anyone get this for me, and i'll tell you how it works!

this morning i was getting ready for work, and i started to sneeze. i'm sure something is in bloom. anyway, i said to myself, wait, don't put on your mascara until after the teary eyes stop. so, here i am at work... no mascara. see one of the "problems" of being a natural blond type is that your eyelashes are blond too... so no one can see my beautifly long eyelashes... i feel so naked. i might have to stop at the store and get some at lunch. i feel so vain right now. who cares about all these scheduling spreadsheets when your face doesn't look as cute as you want it too.

this sunday, march 23, the san jose sabercats face the arizona rattlers at the san jose arena. this is a rematch of last years arena bowl, where as was expected, the sabercats crushed the rattlers. now when the rattlers come to town, the arena is filled with fans that boo the rattlers. they heckle hunkie cooper, who is (i hate to admit this) one of the best arena football players in the league. they call the players names and yell at the coaches. sabercats fans love to hate the rattlers. unfortunately for them, we have beat the rattlers in the last seven of eight meetings. if you are looking to have a great time, or you have always wanted to see a game, this is the game to see. the fans will be loud, the game will be tight and you will see the sabercats at their best... in their hometown, playing their arch rivals.

my most favorite of blogs, gigglechick has decided to give blogging a break. i can't say that i blame her. some fool made a link to her pictures on a restricted bulletin board of some sort... others requested that she "censor" pictures that she took, and were insulted that they weren't clear. HELLO? this is her blog. she can do what she wants, and if you don't like it, don't read it. it is her right, just like it is my right to vent about mm, and stephen. if they don't like it, they can not visit. nuff said. sorry to see you go gigglechick. i'll miss reading about your life, and wishing that i had half the things to write about that you do!

i got home from a busy day of cold fusion coding to find that the first targeted missles had hit bagdad. i really don't understand why we are at war. i understand the need to protect our country, and i understand that saddam is, well ok, insane. but, why now? why when there are so many other issues at home? how many other people need to be laid off and out of work for years? shouldn't mr. bush be paying more attention to homeland issues? why are we fighting his fathers war? there has to be another way to deal with this. i swear there must be.

mr. boccardo died. :( very sad. i didn't know him, but i know he was a very good man. i hope the angels are waiting for him at heavens gate.

i am now officially an employee of san jose state university. my first day was a good day, st. patricks day. i spent the day working on a fake press kit for a center that doesn't exist. most of my work will be thrown away. funny, isn't it. i'm working really hard on a project that will end up in the garbage in 2 weeks or so. here is the illegal stuff i'm working on... the business week cover came out great! i hope it sells mr. boccardo! we need him to donate like 1.4 million to make this go. who knows, i like working in vain, don't you?
