I think a master’s is always a good idea. I don’t regret having mine… even though it was HELL getting it. Even if it hasn’t landed me more money yet, it’s mine… and no one can take it away from me.
So you’ll become management at some point? Sounds great! I am sure the masters will be hard work, but worth the effort.
