Developed Access 97 applications, created financial reports, and worked with internal customers to formulate service level agreements.

Rotational Training Program Analyst 1 (1997-1998)

Selected as one of six high potential individuals to participate in newly created business systems program that rotated participants through key projects in IT groups. Program consisted of individual assignments, team projects and quarterly performance presentations. Individual assignments included authoring user and technical manuals, interviewing users to determine reporting needs, reviewing report generating code for Y2K compliance, creating Access 97 applications and constructing Perl scripts to interface with various database systems.

  • Eliminated transcription errors, saved help desk man-hours, and simplified the work request process by populating a Remedy schema and returning work request numbers in the development of an on-line form created in Perl.

  • Reduced data input time and simplified stock information transmission process to treasury services with the development of an International Stock application using Access 97.
