the rocker won tickets to the sharks vs. detroit when he went to this signing thing for his friend. so, there he was, waiting in line to get this jersey signed, and they announced, you won tickets to the sharks vs. detroit game. he has yet to tell his friend that he didn’t pay for the seats. his friend thinks he did.
anyway, we went to the game, and it was pompom night. yeah for me! i got to wave pompoms around everytime the sharks scored. actually, i thought i might be a red wings fan last night. i thought really hard about it. you know, i was born in michigan, and lived there for over 16 years. but in the end, i was a sharks fan, wearing the owen nolan jersey that the rocker brought for me to wear.
it was a good game. the sharks looked like they weren’t going to do well in the begining of the 1st period, but then they got two goals. of course my favorite cheecho made 2 goals! that made me happy. i was hoping for a hat trick, but no. it was not to be.
in the end, the sharks won 5 to 2. the rocker was happy. i was happy. and there you have it. another successful date.
