washington dc here i come
today begins the first paid vacation that i've had since aspect laid me off 2 years ago. so mar, tire man and i are going to our nations capital to visit mr. bush... should prove to be interesting. the last time i traveled with mar, i had a hideous time, and i'm prepared for the same this time. the cool thing about this time is that i will not be dependant on anyone for transportation or company. i'm guessing that the love birds will be hanging all over eachother, and that i'll be the third … [Read more...]

holocaust rememberance day
tuesday was holocaust rememberance day. when i got to work, on my walk, i noticed on one of the grassy patches a bunch of little flags. most yellow, but some green, red, orange and white as well. i thought to myself... i bet that is art. it's kind of interesting. not really a pattern of flags... but they are kinda pointed in an arrow, but none the less, they fill the entire patch of grass. as i walked closer, i noticed a sign infront of the flags, and there was an elderly gentleman … [Read more...]
