my little baby girl starting barfing last night… around 5 pm… she then barfed every two hours until 4 am. at 4, she couldn’t handle the pressure, and started barfing every 1/2 hour. it’s so upsetting when your puppy is sick. you feel so out of control. this little creature who depends on you for everything, looks up at you with these painful eyes saying “why me?” i tried to be a good mommy, i petted her while she was barfing. i told her how good she was, and how much i loved her…
at 7:30 am, we walked out the door and went to the vet. they have no idea what is wrong with her. they gave her a shot to help with nausea, and 250 mls of iv fluid under her skin. i worry about her. she is at home with mom. she hasen’t barfed since 7. that’s good. she isn’t allowed to eat or drink anything. she barked at the mail man. that is good. she is worried about where i am. mom said that she’s a bit disoriented.
gigglechick lost her puppy today. i’m so sad for her. i can’t imagine my life without daisy, i’m sure that she is having a very hard day. send her some well wishes, and think happy thoughts for daisy. god, when it rains, it sure does pour.
