i’ve started knitting a scarf for the rocker’s mom for christmas. i’m using homespun yarn, k3 p3 pattern. it’s really lovely. i’m also knitting the hoover blanket for missey andrea’s bump. it’s going to be yellow and white. it is hard work, but it is going to be beautiful.
i also think i’m going to try and knit a couple of scarves for get crafty’s scarf drive. i’ve got some nice left over yarn out in the garage… i’ve been wondering what to do with it… now i know. i think that hording yarn is not such a bad thing after all!
Oh! I love that “get crafty” site, that is where I found the directions to make a jean skirt for T from old jeans.
