i’ve been knitting like a fiend! i’ve finished my scarf for the get crafty scarf drive. i’m so pleased with it. i used 4 different colors… bright blue, light green, deep blue and grey. i’ve been thinking about doing some blocking on it, but it looks good just the way it is. i’ll ask the rocker to take a picture of it. i’ve got a digital camera, but i’ve lost the flash path thing. bummer.
last night the rocker and i went to see maximum indifference. they are not really a metal band… they are instrumental and only 3 members. interesting. no lead singer. isn’t that why metal bands are metal? so that the lead singer can scream at you all evening… anyway, i digress. i was suprised. i really liked the music. the guitarist and the bass player seemed to be playing other instruments with their feet. the rocker told me that it was a synthesizer. isnt’ that interesting? i thought so. the rocker bought the cd… i think i’ll be giving them more of a listen. maybe, just maybe i’ll even include some of the music for the next cd exchange.
