Lets just say this… I do have MONGO baby. The baby measured in at a whopping 15 weeks old, an entire week ahead of schedule.
So, I got my finger pricked, and had a pretty uncomfortable ultrasound to determine that yes, the baby was too big to do the measurements against, and therefore, there is no way to do the statistical analysis.
What does this mean? I have to have the amnio. I don’t want the amnio, it’s going to hurt, it’s going to be unpleasant, and damn it, i don’t want it.
It is scheduled on the 21st of September. Wish me luck. Frick.
Oh, Gwen! Don’t worry about the amnio! It will be uncomfortable and maybe a little scary, but it’s just a blip in time… just relax afterwards, take it easy. All will be well!
