Podcasting?  Yep, gonna do it.

So, for one of my classes (that I’m technically caught up on, kinda) I have to write a lesson plan. I had to pick a subject, do a needs assessment, do a learner analysis… You know, fun educational things.

So, I decided that I was going to get really excited about Podcasting, and share that with the professors on campus. Believe it or not, I am really excited. Seriously. I know, I’ve not really been very excited about much of anything (unless I’m spending money, then I’m pretty excited).

So, starting when I get to Anaheim on the 15th, I’m going to start podcasting. I’m going to podcast from the Macromedia Max conference. I would imagine that it will be pretty boring, but hell, you will get to hear my voice.

Now, let me warn you. I have a very high pitched voice. It doesn’t get raspy, unless I’m really sick. Wickedly sick. I went out to lunch with some girls from work last week, and one of the server girls (we went to a burrito joint) said that I had a “cute” voice. She just upped and said it, just like that. “Cute.” Yeah, says it, and pretty much sums me up. “Cute.”

I’m not a beautiful girl, I’m a “cute” girl. I’ve got a “cute” voice, I’ve got “cute” clothes and “cute” jewelry. I’ve even got “cute” shoes. Hmm. I’m saying this like “cute” is bad. It’s really not. Not really. I mean, it’s better to be called “cute” than nothing at all, right?

So anyway… Be prepaired for some “cute” musings from Anaheim in two weeks.

Oh yeah, if you haven’t subscribed to SnidgePod, you should. She just has music now, but I bet she has voice before you know it!

  1. Ah, the joys of being cute.  I know exactly how it feels!

  2. I am going to await Professor Gwen’s lesson plan on podcasting… I have no idea what I’m doing with mine, just putting music up – and am still trying to figure out how to do voice intro’s for the songs.
