eight minute dating

tomorrow night is going to be my horror of horrors. i’m going to eight minute dating. my new friend at work nancy, suggested it about 2 weeks ago. she did it once, in los gatos, and while she wasn’t successful, she had a great time. i’m not sure about the whole thing. i mean, normally i’m fine one on one, but there will be so many people there, it’s at the edge in palo alto. so, it’s a dance club and then this dating thing. i’m sure you have seen how this works. it was on dateline last week. i’m very concerned that i will forget how to talk. i’m also concerned about what to wear… i’m sure i will make the right decision, but making the decision is going to be difficult. i’m thinking i’m going to wear my jones wrap dress. it should be good for the venue. and i like the shoes that i wear with it…
