AM workout

Today the entire SJSU gymanstics team was in the gym. Boy howdy! If I didn’t feel fat before, I certainly do now. But, I did keep up with the girl next to me. I think she was shocked. I wasn’t. I’ve been doing this for over 2 months now. I can keep up with the best of them. Ok, granted I can’t run, but you know.

I haven’t been on the scale since I got back from New York. I got on this morning. It’s nice to know I didn’t gain a pound, but I haven’t lost one either. I’ve still got 5 pounds to lose before I reach my goal.

I think it’s weird that whenever I workout, I can’t get my food in check. If I’ve got my food in check, I can’t get motivated to workout. It seems to me you really need both going to make a difference. Hell. Maybe I should start trying to diet again. I know I can take it off if I really try. Maybe my doctor will have a suggestion at my annual next week.

    No matter how small I have ever been in my life, I never liked to do it.  Seriously… I just can’t do it.  I’d rather be beaten.

    but I’m secretly of all the people that can just run and run.  I wish I could do it.

  2. Good for you!  I don’t dare go in to a public place and try to exercise.  They appreciate this, trust me!

  3. You know, it’s exactly the same with me. I am doing perfectly well on the eating fromt right now, but haven’t exercised in weeks. I am always really scared I’ll put on weight, so I try to watch what I eat and work out on a regular basis…
