felting!  i’m felting!

i’ve been working on this bag ever since i purchased the yarn at the knitting convention. i finally finished it tonight. i then said, i will felt. i will not be scared. i will throw this HUGE bag into the washing machine and see what happens. LOOKIE WHAT HAPPENED! now i’m going to add flowers (daisies of course) to the side of the bag. i’m kinda wishing i had made the tab… but i think i’m going to be happier with out it. and, now that i know that i can felt, i might make another. there is one in the last knitty that looks interesting. and, i did buy some yarn to make it… happy me, happy me! isn’t it lovely?
